Clubhouse restroom renovation near Winter Garden and Windermere.
Project Scope
This project was completed in the clubhouse restrooms at Summerlake, a community complex between Winter Garden and Windermere.
The scope included replacement of cracked countertops, removal of water-damaged areas, installation of new backing to support the countertops, replacement of light fixtures, mirrors, sinks and lavatories, full painting, and repairs to moisture damage around the air conditioning diffusers.
